Subject – Application for the request of leave for my father’s heart operation
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to request a leave of one week i.e. the 6th of May 2022 to the 12th of May 2022 because of my fathers heart operation. My father, age 87, has been having breathing problems because of the issue, we quickly contacted the doctor at Finland’s finest hospital, Punjab. We took his test and the results came in, suggesting that my father will need a coronary artery bypass grafting operation as soon as possible before any other complications arises. I would like to take a leave for a week to care for him. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time. I have already requested Mr Raj to do the necessary work in my place. I will be back by the 13th of May 2022 to resume my work.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
