Subject – Application for the request of leave due to my wife’s medical reasons
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that I would like to request a leave for the next week i.e 7th of April 2022 till the 14th of April because of my wife’s medical reasons. My wife has been sick for the past few months and has been under the constant care of the doctors. However, as requested by the doctors, we are to visit another hospital in Guwahati for her medical attention.
