Subject – Application for leave for wife’s delivery
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would like to state that my wife is hospitalized because she is due for her delivery in the first week of November i.e 1-10-2022 to 6-10-2022 at Kingston hospital, Abbey Road. I would like to spend time with my wife at this time of need to take care of her. I will return to the office on the 7th of November 2022 and resume my work. I will put forth as much effort as I have lost during my leave and make up for the lost time.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain ever grateful to you.
