With due respect and humble submission I�m glad to inform you that my brother�s marriage has been fixed on the date DD of month MM and I have planned to go there with my wife for one week which is around 400 kms from  the office location.So I will be out of station for the next few days  due to which I will not be able to attend the office from the date D/D of the month M/M.
