Dear friend,
Hey! How are you? I am doing well on this side. I am going to tell you about the games that we played at school to celebrate Onam.
Happy Onam! All of our friends went to the playground after school today. We decided to celebrate Onam on a smaller scale but in our version. We started with the most fun game that anyone can think of; Tug of War. We decided to do a boys vs. girls competition. The girls lost but gave a tough competition to the boys. We also played Kuttiyum Kolum which is basically a smaller version of cricket. We play it with two sticks- one small and one large in size. We ended our day with the traditional dance of Thiruvathirakali or what is more commonly known as Kummikkali. We then ate some snacks that we had brought from home. It was a beautiful day.
