How are you? Are you enjoying the vacations? Last week, me and my family went for a houseboat trip in Kumarakam backwaters in Kerala. It was a one-day journey by boat. We reached Kumarakam in our car and later we shifted to the boat. We booked the houseboat prior to our journey. The houseboat we booked have a bedroom with a bathroom attached, a living room and a kitchen. While sitting in the living room of the houseboat, we could get a glance of the beautiful backwaters. As the boat moves, the cool wind touches us. We could enjoy the real green beauty of the backwaters in a houseboat. For lunch, the houseboat staff prepared us a traditional Kerala lunch and the highlight was the Green Chromide fish fry. The journey lasted for 4 hours. It was a memorable one.
