Half Day Leave Application for Family Function

Subject: Leave application for attending family function

Sir/Mam,

With due respect I, Gurpreet Kaur would like to state that there is an important family function at my home. Many relatives are coming and I will need to attend the function as well. Please grant me half day leave so that I may be able to go home and attend the relatives and guests.

I hope that I will be granted half day leave. I have taken permission from my concerned teachers as well.
