Respected Madam,
My son Arjun Raman is a student of class 8 B of your prestigious school.
We belong to a family of farmers, our income totally dependent on the weather and yield. Arjun has always been fond of studying and aspires to become an engineer one day. I got him into school with high hopes, however, I am now unable to pay the full amount of the school fees. It breaks my heart to think that Arjun will have to drop out because I failed to arrange for his fees. He is a very smart child, always eager to help everyone and studies diligently. His teachers are always praising him.
I kindly request you to grant us a fee concession. I urge you to consider his potential and brilliance. Hoping for a positive response.
