Subject: Application for the issue of marksheet
Sir,
I, Suraj Misra, a pass out student of your school, write this application to request you to kindly issue the original mark sheet of class 12th to me. I passed out of school three months earlier. The board results were announced on April 15th, 2019. It was informed to all students that the mark sheets will be available from May 2nd and can be taken from the head office of the school.
I have to attach the original documents in the university that I am taking admission in for Under graduation course. Therefore, Kindly sanction my request as any delay in the submission of my documents may lead to the cancellation of my admission by the university. I shall be highly obliged to you.
