Good morning to one and all present here. Today, I will be giving a short speech on the topic of ‘Hyderabad’.
Hyderabad! Who hasn’t heard of the City of Pearls, this City of Nizams?!
Hyderabad is situated in India. Initially the capital of the whole of Andhra Pradesh, now, after the split, it is the capital solely of Telangana. Prior to being named Hyderabad, it was referred to as Baghnagar, meaning, “the city of gardens”.
Rich in history and cultural diversity, Hyderabad is a place everyone must visit in their lives at least once! It is filled with many tourist spots, the famous of which being Charminar, Golconda Fort, Chowmahalla Palace, The Falaknuma Palace, QutubShahi Tomb, many minarets, tombs, and fortresses. As from its nickname, it can also be noted that Hyderabad is known for its glittering pearls and its ravishing jewelry!
Oh, while you visit, make sure to eat your fill of delicious biryani, especially the infamous Dum Biryani Hyderabad is famed for!
