Games are an essential part of human life. They have always played an important role in human society. People all over the world play and enjoy different kinds of sports and games such as cricket, football, tennis, basketball, chess and more. Games include both indoor and outdoor games. They help us lead a healthy life by keeping us fit. They also foster values such as teamwork and discipline.
Engaging in games brings great joy and excitement to all human beings, whether they are children or adults. Participation in games must be encouraged for all age groups, since the enthusiasm and confidence it brings to people can rarely be found in anything else.
