Subject – Application for the request of leave for my daughter’s medical checkup
Sir,
With all due respect and honour, I would request a leave for tomorrow i.e.18th of May 2022 because my daughter of twelve years is suffering from diarrhea. My daughter has been having a sensitive stomach for the past two days. I plan on taking my daughter for a check-up tomorrow at Wishy wave hospital, downtown Abbey. My wife is also currently not in the best of health. My family is also in a very tight position as we have no other family members to be of aid to us at the moment. Concerning this, I would like to take leave tomorrow to take care of my daughter. I have requested Mr Calvin to do the required work for tomorrow. I assure you that I will be back to resume my work by the 19th of May 2022.
I, therefore, kindly request you to grant me my leave for which I shall remain forever grateful.
